will these products work on my skin type?

Yes! Our products are compatible with every skin type, and every shade is clean, paraben & fragrance-free, and dermatologist-tested. At Kite, our mission is to make makeup easy and accessible to everyone. Our products are formulated with the cleanest, highest-quality ingredients, because we want your skin to be the last thing you worry about when on the go!


are these products non-irritating?

Yes! Our makeup products are clean, non-irritating, and dermatologist-tested. In fact, Kite’s packaging highly reduces the risk of skin irritation compared to your other everyday makeup, since opened makeup products run a high risk of skin-irritating contamination and bacterial growth from repeat usage, while Kite comes in an industrial-grade, airtight seal that ensures a fresh, creamy, hygienic application every time.

Currently, each kit contains 6 individual uses. We are working on creating value and multi-packs for our super users, so stay tuned 😊

how much liquid comes in each pod?

A full face’s worth! After testing Kite on thousands of users, we know that every makeup user’s routine and needs is unique to them. Therefore, we erred on the side of more per pod, so that everyone’s covered when they need makeup most. Each order comes with resealable stickers that you can use to store and re-use an opened pod for up to a week while ensuring freshness. After that, it’s time to chuck it and order more! is the packaging recyclable?

Yes! Our ultimate goal is to be environmentally neutral. As a first step, our outer packaging is made of responsibly sourced, 100% recyclable paper.

We offer 2 easy ways to recycle your used Kite pods:

1) Send back your empty Kite pods to us free of charge, and we will recycle it for you

2) While small plastic pieces don’t get recycled, there is an easy hack - take any plastic bottle in your bin, drop the Kite pods in the bottle and close the lid. We are made with the same plastic as these bottles, so your pods can hitch a ride to a standard recycling plant

can Kite expire? how should I store it?

Because of our industrial-grade seal, our product has a longer expiration date than most concealers – some Kite products can last up to 2-3 years if carefully stored. While our products are built to last, like any other liquid, please keep Kite products away from prolonged direct sunlight or extremely hot temperatures to keep them happy and functioning well 😊

where are Kite products made?

Our headquarters are in New York City, and all our products are proudly made in the USA at a top-of-the-line, FDA-regulated facility.

what forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) as well as Paypal, Amazon Pay, and of course, our gift cards.

when will my card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

can i change my order after placing?

Please reach out to us as soon as you can at hello@kitebeauty.co if you need to make any updates to your order. We fulfill orders pretty quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

when will my order ship?

Once you place your order, please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. When it does, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

how do i track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package goes out for delivery. If you don’t see that email, let us know at hello@kitebeauty.co.

where do you ship?

Our ultimate goal is world domination, but due to our startup constraints, we currently only ship to the 50 states in the US. We ship via USPS – so make sure to check your mailboxes! We are actively working to expand to other countries - if you are looking to receive Kite internationally, please email us at nina@kitebeauty.co and we can see what we can do!

how much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders. When you subscribe to a product you love, all future subscription shipments are shipped for free. The free shipping minimum is calculated after any discount codes, credits or gift cards are applied to the cart subtotal. We also offer Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) for $17.

what is the return policy?

We hope you love Kite as much as we do and want you to be happy with your purchase! Any unopened Kite product can be refunded so long as it’s returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging and accompanying material. Essentially, it must be fit for resale. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable—sorry!

faulty product?

In the case of faulty or wrongly described items, you can choose between a replacement or refund. Faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@kitebeauty.co and we'll take you through the process!

open or used product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products. The only exception is when items are faulty, as above. However, if you are unhappy about your experience with any Kite product, please reach out to us at hello@kitebeauty.co so we can find a way to do better in the future!

how long does it take to process a return?

Depending on your bank, your refund can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

when do I get charged for my subscription?

You only get charged when we are ready to ship your subscription item(s).

how do i modify or cancel my subscription?
